Wellington Financial Group is currently committed to aggressively acquiring well-located real estate leased to quality single tenants on long-term triple net or double net leases nationwide.
While interest rates remain favorable, we can match the terms offered by most other potential purchasers for this type of real estate. We can often purchase for cash without a 1031 exchange.
There are currently no limits on the size of any transaction presented to us. Our present liquidity and long experience in the net leased area allow us to move quickly.
In addition, as a second focus, we will consider purchasing prime multi-tenant propertyindustrial, office, retail, or mixed use. There is no maximum project size. We are seeking depreciation this year to cover current capital gain tax exposure.
We believe in the strength and stability of U. S. commercial real estate for the foreseeable future and are willing to back this belief with cash investment.
